Welcome to our guide about setting up QR codes for your Resources in Roomzilla.

Take a look at our article introducing the Resource Display via QR code to explore the benefits this feature provides.

1. Log in to Roomzilla with your admin account and head to the “Resources” tab [1]. Then click the “QR Download” button [2] in the selected resource’s row.

2. Print the generated .png file with the QR Code and place it on/near the Resource it refers to.

3. Done! Now your users can utilize the QR code to check availability, check-in to their booking, extend an ongoing one, or start an impromptu reservation. 

Please note that users will be prompted to log in before accessing the Resource Display screen.
