Maps explained

1. Select the “Maps” tab [1] from the navigation bar, and then choose the floor plan you want to view by clicking on its thumbnail [2] on the right side of the page.

2. You can zoom in and out of the map using your mouse or the zoom buttons [3] for better visibility. Resources on the map are color-coded: red [A] means the resource is in use, yellow [B] indicates a reservation will start in less than 5 minutes, green [C] shows the resource is available, and gray [D] means the resource is turned off or filtered out. If you see a sand glass icon [E], the resource requires admin approval for booking. Please note, last-minute bookings for such resources will be automatically canceled if not approved before the start time. Be sure to allow admins time to review your request.

3. Use the filters [4] on the left panel to narrow down your search for resources based on your booking preferences, such as resource type, available amenities, or capacity. You can also search for specific resources by name. Keep in mind that your search will only cover the current map you’re viewing—if you don’t see the resource you’re looking for, try checking other maps [2].

4. Once you’ve located the resource, click on its shape on the map [5] to open the reservation creation window. Enter your booking details and click “Book Now” to finalize your reservation.

5. To make changes to your reservation, go to the “Schedule” tab [6], and either use the “Your Reservations” list or click directly on the reservation within the timeline; see this article for more details.
