Your Company Logo and Guidelines
Learn here what customization options Roomzilla offers.
Company Logo
Upload your Company’s Logo to put your stamp on Roomzilla. It will be displayed in the upper left corner of the web application.
1. Log in as an Admin and head to the “Settings” tab [1], then “General & Appearance” [2] where you will see the option to upload a photo [A].
Click on the grey field [A] or drag&drop the file directly. If there’s an image already saved, use the delete option in the upper right corner [B] to remove it first. The file should be in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format. Roomzilla will automatically resize your logo to fit the page; there are only two things you need to be ensured of:
- Firstly you need to make sure you crop around your company’s logo; if you have a lot of space around it, you will find it looks very small on your Roomzilla page.
- Secondly, if you make the background transparent, your logo will blend in perfectly.
2. Hit ’Save’.
Guidelines
The below instruction shows how to set up the main page message.
This is a great place to explain room policies, link to an events page, or provide a helpful email address for folks to reach out to with questions.
1. Log in to your Admin account, head to the “Settings” tab [1], then go down to the “General & Appearance” settings [2].
2. Here [C], you can enter your welcome message as well as include any information your Users may need.
Using italics is a good practice that will help the most important parts of your message to stand out.
You can also insert links to emails, websites, or support pages. Simply highlight the text you would like to link, then click on the Link Icon [D] and hit save.
If you leave the text editor blank [C], the message window won’t show up, and the “Guidelines” button [F] will be hidden.
3. Hit ‘Save’.
Done! Now your message will appear in front of the timeline to all Users after logging in to your Roomzilla page. To hide this message and view the timeline, they must click on the “Accept” button [E].
Furthermore, it is also always available in the “Schedule” tab [3] over the timeline on the right-hand side, under the “Guidelines” button [F].
