Add Roomzilla reservation to your personal calendar
Learn how to add your Roomzilla reservation to your personal or business calendar here.
1. Create your reservation in Roomzilla [1], then use the “Add to Calendar” option [2,3] from the “Your reservations” list or the confirmation email (emails also provide the .ics file [*]).
2. This will create an event in Google Calendar [4] or Microsoft Outlook [5] with the reservation title as the event title [6] and the room name already included in the ‘Location’ field [7]. You will be prompted to do so if you are not logged in to any account.
3. If needed, add a video meeting [8] and invite participants [9] directly within the calendar event creation modal.
Please note that Roomzilla doesn’t synchronize reservations with Google or Outlook events in this case. Editing a Roomzilla reservation after it is exported to the personal calendar will not change the calendar event, and vice versa.
