Setting up your Google Account for Integration


Follow these quick and easy steps to prepare your Google account for integration. Follow each step and then head to this article to finish up.

Follow our step by step guide or watch the process below.

Find or Create Google Resources

  1. Login to your Google Admin Panel with your admin account.

  2. Select “Building and Resources 
  3. Then go to the Resource Management section.

  4. Here you see a list of all Resources that have been created within your companies Google domain, as well as the option to create a new one.



    1. Now you have created your Resources you need to head to your Calendar and select the + next to other Calendars. Here you will see the option to Browse Resources


    2. Here you will find a list of all of your Subscribed Resources as well as the option to Subscribe To Calendar


Share Your Resources

Set your Resources to Public so they are visible and able to be edited by Roomzilla.


Make sure you have your Resource set to Public and Auto-accept invitations.
