Creating Private Meetings
Private meetings will prevent other users from seeing any information about your Reservations.
1. Log in to your Settings and navigate to Resources. Here you will need to firstly select the Resource you want to allow Private Meetings within.
3. Under resource details check Enable private meetings – thanks to this no-one apart from the meeting host will be able to see meeting details on Roomzilla. (Admins can still view this though!)
4. Click Save – all meetings scheduled in chosen resource will be set to private. All done!
Now When users create Reservations they will have the following Private option.
Other users when hovering or selecting the Reservation will only see that this is a Private Meeting hosted by
