We are passionate about innovation and technology and believe that all organisations need a more efficient and easier way to reserve and manage conference rooms and workspaces. Our product does this seamlessly. We offer subscription-based software (SAAS) that has been used for years by well-known reference customers such as MIT, Harvard, Johnson & Johnson, JLL, Cambridge Innovation Center, and Tyco. Our software is used by customers in 19 countries and we are aiming to expand further globally. Working with us would mean great fun and challenging work. We believe in a high quality, innovative approach to programming and business development. 

We are a US company owned by Cambridge Innovation Center, out of Cambridge, Massachusetts and New York investors. Our product & development team is located in CIC’s Warsaw, Poland campus, but we also have a presence in the east coast of the US. We are looking for a person to join the Warsaw-based team.

Location: Warsaw, Poland

YOUR DAY TO DAY WORK

Your first and main task will be to analyze the competition, benchmark the market and provide a cohesive strategy for product development. In order to successfully do so, you will be expected to design product roadmaps based on the market requirements, best practices from the industry, gather client requirements from the Head of Sales and Customer success Manager and to provide our Tech Lead with your product expectations. You will be responsible for the work of the Customer Success team as part of your responsibilities.

You will also be:

  • Creating new projects and requirements by making go/not go decisions about users ideas and setting the priorities.
  • Establishing analysis of new requests to understand the problems to be solved, and creating necessary documentation.
  • Communicating to stakeholders the status of projects and requests.
  • Taking ownership of tracking top priority tasks and initiatives and setting goals and order of tasks within each development sprint.
  • Responsible for backlog’s quality and making sure tasks for development are always well described and ready to be developed
  • Creating new tasks in the backlog (we use JIRA for that)

ABOUT YOU

You are a professional with at least 3 years of product management/ownership experience and 5 years professional experience overall. You have a proven track record of success with other online products and are a great communicator. Besides, you:

  • Able to map business processes into application needs, starting from product vision and then going into details of the requirements.
  • Have experience in building and executing product roadmaps
  • Are able and willing to build strategy for an interesting online product by yourself
  • Are self-motivated with the desire to learn all aspects of our business from the ground up
  • Someone who brings a fresh perspective and new ideas to everything
  • A true team player with the capacity to foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, building management, and vendors.
  • Have analytical mind and are able to draw conclusions based on data
  • Personable and naturally enjoy helping others
  • Have very good command of English (C1/C2 is a must)

SALARY:

Starting compensation up to 12 500 PLN (UoP) or up to 15 000 PLN (B2B) based on your skills and experience

Location: New York City, USA

YOUR DAY TO DAY WORK

Your first and main task will be to expand our client portfolio and stay in touch with the current client base to understand and meet their needs. In order to successfully do so, you will be expected to design sales strategies and implement them. You will be in close contact with the Product Manager to communicate the market requirements, hence help shaping the product development strategy. Although you will be primarily responsible for executing on objectives and meeting goals, our New York-based lead investor John Chatzky will maintain broad oversight of your work, offering support and guidance as he deems necessary.

You will not be responsible for day-to-day customer support. 

ABOUT YOU

You are a professional with at least 5 years of commercial sales experience, preferably with a focus connected to real estate property technology. You like to be around people, you understand them, can communicate assertively and at the same time you are goal-oriented, self-driven and highly-motivated. Besides, you:

  • Have proven experience in building and executing sales strategies in the B2B sector
  • Have real estate or prop-tech sales experience or other applicable experience
  • Are able to work independently and self-motivate
  • Have experience in working with CRM systems
  • Have strong professional network in NYC and other business centers is a plus

SALARY:

Starting base compensation up to $83k/year based on your skills and experience + performance bonus. Potentially significant bonus keyed to sales
