At Roomzilla, we believe that booking a meeting room should be quick and simple. No one should have to manage the rooms in your space. We're building a stunning solution that allows for just that. Roomzilla is a seamless software the blends into your workflow and increases the efficacy of your rooms. Our tool combines a website in harmony with onsite iPad displays to provide real-time access to reservation and availability information. Roomzilla eliminates the stressful logistics and social awkwardness around conference rooms, allowing everyone to relax and focus on what really matters.
Roomzilla was born at the Cambridge Innovation Center.
The CIC created Roomzilla for its own use in a fit of frustration with other means of booking and managing conference rooms. With over 100 conference rooms and phone-booths shared amongst nearly 600 startup companies, CIC needed a low-cost, automated means to enable everyone to efficiently share conference rooms. In 2010, CIC's leaders, Tim Rowe and Geoff Mamlet, teamed up with close friend and past CIC team-member John Norman to create a better answer. Michelle Darby joined the team to expand and develop Roomzilla into a dynamic product. As Co-founder and CEO, Michelle draws on past start-up and Techstars experiences. We look forward to incorporating your feedback and evolving Roomzilla into the best tool for everyone to utilize their shared resources and offices.
